30-Day English Speaking Challenge: Speak Every Day for a Month

A free 30-day English speaking challenge. One task per day to build your speaking habit. No grammar books, no exercises. Just speaking.

The biggest difference between learners who improve and those who stay stuck? Consistency. Speaking every day for 20 minutes beats speaking for 3 hours once a week.

This 30-day challenge is designed to build your speaking habit. One task per day. No grammar study, no vocabulary lists. Just speaking.

Week 1: Getting Started

Day 1: Introduce yourself in English. Say your name, where you are from, what you do, and one interesting thing about you. Record it.

Day 2: Describe your morning routine in detail. What time do you wake up? What do you eat? How do you get to work?

Day 3: Talk about your favorite food for 2 minutes. Why do you like it? How is it made? Who makes it best?

Day 4: Describe a place you love. It could be a room, a park, a city, or a memory. Use sensory details.

Day 5: Talk about your job or studies. What do you do? What do you enjoy? What is hard?

Day 6: Describe a person who influenced you. A teacher, a family member, or a friend.

Day 7: Free conversation. Pick any topic and speak for 5 minutes with your AI coach.

Week 2: Building Momentum

Day 8: Describe your weekend plans in detail.

Day 9: Talk about a movie or TV show you watched recently. What happened? Did you like it?

Day 10: Describe a challenge you faced and how you overcame it.

Day 11: Talk about a skill you want to learn. Why do you want to learn it? How will you start?

Day 12: Describe your perfect vacation. Where would you go? What would you do?

Day 13: Talk about a book or article that changed your thinking.

Day 14: Free conversation. 5 minutes with your AI coach.

Week 3: Going Deeper

Day 15: Give your opinion on a current event. What happened? What do you think about it?

Day 16: Describe a tradition from your country. Why is it important?

Day 17: Talk about a fear you have. Where does it come from? How do you deal with it?

Day 18: Describe a goal you have for the next year. What is your plan to achieve it?

Day 19: Compare two things: city vs country life, online vs offline learning, or any pair you choose.

Day 20: Talk about something you are grateful for.

Day 21: Free conversation. 5 minutes.

Week 4: Pushing Further

Day 22: Describe a technology that changed your life.

Day 23: Talk about a mistake you made and what you learned from it.

Day 24: Describe your ideal future. Where do you live? What do you do?

Day 25: Give advice to someone who just started learning English.

Day 26: Talk about a time you helped someone. How did it feel?

Day 27: Describe a piece of art or music that moves you.

Day 28: Talk about what you have learned in the last 28 days.

Day 29: Free conversation. 10 minutes.

Day 30: Record your introduction again. Compare it to Day 1. You will notice the difference.

After the Challenge

By Day 30, speaking will feel more natural. You will hesitate less. You will find words faster. The habit is built. Now keep going.
